BioBanking
The WSU Biobank and WSU Biobank of Perinatal Specimens were established to support clinical and translational research locally, nationally, and internationally by storing sample collections of diverse type from research studies. Samples are shipped or carried to the Biobank from the collection sites for research at WSU, distribution to other collaborating centers or/and for long-term storage.

- Specimen collection, processing, cataloging and storage
- Specimens link to registry data
- Off-site specimen kit creation
- Short and long term storage for private banks with 24/7 monitoring and emergency response
